Fees:
Sunny View Club House is available for rent for a fee of $75.00/day.
Rental hours: 7:00 a.m. til midnight. Doors must be locked and no one on premises after midnight!

Rental Regulations:
Do not use the fireplace
Tables are to be cleaned
Floors are to be swept (mopped if needed)
Stainless Steel counters are to be cleaned with provided cleaner (for stainless steel)
No food is to be left in fridge or freezer
Trash is to be emptied
***** No alcohol is permitted and music is to be kept to a minimum after 10:00 p.m. *****
We ask that the Club House and property be respected
so future generations can benefit from its history.
